Manage your data

Your notes are yours. From here you can access, correct, export or delete the data Confidere holds about you — and control how it's shared. Most of it happens right in the app; the rest takes one email.

Delete your data

You can permanently delete your account and everything tied to it, from inside the app:

  1. Open Settings (tab bar).
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. This permanently removes your account and all of your voice notes and derived insights. Deletion is irreversible.

You can also delete individual notes at any time — remove a note and any briefs update accordingly. If you can't access the app, email [email protected] and we'll delete your account on request.

Access & export your data

You can view everything you've captured inside the app. To receive a copy of your personal data in a portable format, email [email protected] from your account address and we'll provide an export.

Correct or modify your data

Edit your name and profile in Settings, and edit or re-record any note directly in the app — the structured insights and briefs update to match. For anything you can't change yourself, email [email protected].

Choose how your data is shared

  • Keep a note private. By default a note is shared with your account team; tap Keep private to restrict it to only you. No one — including admins — can see your private notes.
  • No ads, no tracking. Confidere shows no advertising and performs no cross-app tracking — no advertising identifier, no data brokers.
  • Never trained on your data. Your voice notes and insights are used only to produce your own transcripts, insights and briefs — never to train models.
  • Sub-processors. Your data is processed only by vetted providers under contract, on our instructions — cloud hosting and speech/AI within the EU (Google Cloud, region europe-west4). A current list is available on request.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Use the controls above, or contact [email protected]. If your firm provides Confidere to you, it is generally the controller and we'll route your request to them. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

One place for requests. Email [email protected] from your account address and we'll action any data request — typically within a few business days.
