Confidere is the client-memory system for client-facing teams — speak for 60 seconds after a meeting, and walk into the next one with a grounded, cited brief. Here's how to get the most out of it, and how to reach us.
What Confidere does
- Capture in 60 seconds. Hold to speak right after a meeting. Confidere transcribes and structures your note into clean insights — the only decision you make is Confirm.
- Walk in prepared. Before your next meeting, tap Prep. Confidere assembles a sectioned, cited brief from everything you and your team have captured.
- Grounded, or silent. Every brief line traces back to a real note. Tap any citation to see where it came from, who contributed it, and when. Confidere never guesses.
- Private by design. Keep any note private with one tap; the default keeps it with your account team. No ads, no tracking.
Frequently asked questions
How do I capture a note?
On the Home screen, hold the microphone button and talk for up to a minute. Release to stop. Confidere produces a structured draft; tap Confirm to save it to memory.
How do I get a brief before a meeting?
On Home, tap Prep on an upcoming meeting card, or open an account and tap Prep. Confidere assembles a cited brief in one tap — you can also hold to ask, or type a question.
Why is there a citation on every line?
Because Confidere is grounded-or-silent: every line traces to a captured note or source. Tap the citation to view the original, its contributor, the date, and its sensitivity tier.
What if there's nothing to say yet?
If memory is thin for an account, Confidere tells you instead of inventing detail. Capture more, and the briefs get stronger.
Who can see my notes?
By default, notes are shared with your account team. Tap Keep private to restrict a note to only you. You never see another user's private notes, and they never see yours.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is processed and stored on cloud infrastructure in the European Union. See our Privacy Policy.
Does Confidere show ads or track me?
No. Confidere contains no advertising and performs no cross-app tracking — no advertising identifier, no data brokers.
I can't sign in, or I forgot my password.

How to delete your account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from inside the app:
- Open Settings (tab bar).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. This permanently removes your account and all of your voice notes and derived insights. Deletion is irreversible.
If you can't access the app, email [email protected] and we'll delete your account on request.
